Refund Policy

We at Upgrade Realtors are committed to delivering superior service to our esteemed agents and brokers. However, in the rare event that our offerings do not meet your expectations, we have instituted the following guidelines for refunds on our Basic Plan, which is subject to the terms outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Refund
The eligibility to request a refund of the sign-up fee will be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of signing the Referral Agreement.

2. Conditions Under Which Refunds May Be Requested
A request for a refund may be made by the agent/broker only under the following circumstances:

i. In the event that Upgrade Realtors fails to provide any leads to the agent/broker.
ii. If the lead(s) furnished by Upgrade Realtors are not exclusively allocated to the agent/broker and are concurrently shared with other agents/brokers within our network.
iii. In instances where the lead(s) provided by Upgrade Realtors exhibit no intention to engage in business within a period of nine (9) months.
iv. If the lead(s) provided by Upgrade Realtors is/are already in contractual agreement with the agent/broker.
v. Should the lead(s) provided by Upgrade Realtors remain unresponsive for a continuous duration of ten (10) working days.
vi. If the agent/broker agrees to receive leads from regions or zip codes beyond their preferred territory, such leads will be deemed as part of their monthly allocation. Refunds or replacements will not be entertained for these cases.

3. Procedure for Refund Claims
In accordance with section 2 (i) of the Refund Policy, if Upgrade Realtors fails to provide the lead(s) as stipulated, the agent/broker must issue a formal reminder requesting the leads. If, after the passage of one (1) month from the date of the reminder, the requested leads are still not provided, the agent/broker may proceed to initiate a refund claim.

For conditions outlined in section 2 (ii) through 2 (v), the agent/broker must promptly report the issue to Upgrade Realtors, accompanied by sufficient supporting evidence, and request a replacement of the lead(s). Should Upgrade Realtors fail to replace the lead(s) within one (1) month of receiving the formal report, the agent/broker may proceed with a claim for a refund of the sign-up fee.

4. Final Considerations
Upgrade Realtors prides itself on its integrity and commitment to excellence. Any refund claim will be thoroughly reviewed and addressed with the utmost priority and professionalism, ensuring that all terms of the agreement are adhered to for mutual satisfaction.
