We assign zip codes to only a single agent to maximize the opportunity of business for our partnering agents and to avoid multiple realtors bothering our verified clientele.

Yes, we guarantee the number of referrals each month according to the membership plan our partner agent opts for. 

Ranging from 2 to 15 leads a month depending on the Plan our partner agent signups for.

Usually, referrals are transferred to our referral partners via scheduled 3 way live calls where the prospect is introduced to the agent before handing over the details. In the case, an agent is not available to accept the live call details of the leads are shared via text message and email or pursue with the prospect at a time convenient to the agents.

The referral agreement lasts for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the agreement.
